Brave CRM is made by Growmoon, a mobile-app studio in Surat, Gujarat — for Indian businesses that sell on the phone and on WhatsApp.

The studio

Growmoon is a mobile-app studio in Surat that describes itself as a startup launcher. Its apps include Hungerz, Delivoo, Groshop, Anywash, Qcabs, Qvid, Doctoworld, Handyman, Clipix, Courierone — and now Brave CRM, which it builds and runs itself.

Why a CRM

Small businesses lose more deals to a missed call than to a better competitor: a Saturday enquiry nobody saw, a quotation that never got its follow-up. Most CRMs are built for big sales teams at desks. Brave CRM is built for the owner on a site visit and the salesperson between meetings — phone first, WhatsApp first, rupees first.
